Shipping

We pack displays the way collectors ship collectibles.

Every order is wrapped to prevent scratches, pressure marks, and corner damage during transit.

Processing Time
Standard items: 2–5 business days
Custom items: varies depending on complexity

Shipping Time
US orders: typically 2–5 business days after shipment

You will receive tracking once your order leaves our workspace.

Damage During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We’ll make it right — no collector should receive a damaged protector.

Displays protect collections — but caring for the display protects the experience.

Cleaning

Use:
• microfiber cloth
• acrylic safe cleaner or water

Avoid:
• paper towels
• ammonia cleaners
• rough fabrics

Clean gently — acrylic scratches from pressure, not dirt.

Placement

Best location:
cool, dry, indirect light

Avoid:
direct sunlight
humid areas
heat sources

Your collectibles age based on environment more than time.

Handling

Lift from the base, not the lid.
Remove dust regularly instead of letting buildup harden.

Treat it like a display, not storage — and it will stay clear.
